- 23-Aug-2011 - Not moving away from Wikia
- As you can tell, WoWRP did not move. The plan to move was initiated by Eluna, the original founder of WoWRP, but it really didn't go anywhere, since she stopped contributing soon after the announcement and never revealed where WoWRP might be moving to.
- 18-Oct-2010 - Moving away from Wikia
- Our sister site WoWWiki! is moving away from Wikia. And as such, WoWRP is moving with them. We will get back to you with more information, but the move is scheduled to happen before the end of Blizzcon.
- 3-Jul-2010 - Commencing work on 3.0
- We've started work on version 3.0 of the site. Feel free to make changes to it if you have the access. Or you can use the talk page to discuss additions or changes.

- {{Infobox character}} supports Class and Profession now. {{Book}} added for fancier story display. {{Cost}} added for displaying currency amounts. {{Icon}} added, but most images would need upload. {{Loot}} added that links to Wowpedia for now. {{Quality}} added for linking with WoW-like coloring. {{Tooltip}} added for creating WoW-like items.
